TrustLogin performs single sign-on by automatically entering your ID and password and automatically clicking the login button. However, some apps are designed so that the login button is not clicked automatically.
This applies to login forms that use verification such as the reCAPTCHA "I'm not a robot" checkbox shown in the images below, image-selection verification where you choose the matching images from a set, puzzle verification where you fit a puzzle piece or key icon into place, or text-based verification where you enter a displayed string of characters.
For apps that require this type of verification, TrustLogin will only automatically enter your ID and password.
After completing the checkbox or entering the character string, you will need to click the login button yourself.
Note: Apps whose login forms include this type of verification cannot be created using custom app registration,
so please request that they be created via the app request form instead.
Note: If automatic login does not work for an app that does not fall into this category, it may be due to an issue with the app,
so please request a fix via the app request form.
