How to Log In

  1. Click the "Log In" button and enter your credentials.

  2. Select a user account.

  3. (First time only) Set an unlock passcode (4-digit number).

  4. Re-enter the unlock passcode.

  5. After a successful login, the app's main screen is displayed.

① App List

Registered apps are displayed in a list.
Enter a keyword in the search field to filter the list and show only apps containing that keyword.
Tap the target app to perform SSO.

② My Page

Opens Chrome and displays My Page.

Configure the various settings for the mobile app.

  • Unlock with PIN code
    ON (default) Screen lock feature enabled; can unlock with a PIN code
    OFF       Screen lock feature disabled

    Entering the wrong PIN code three times will forcibly log you out.

  • Unlock with fingerprint
    Note: Cannot be configured when "Unlock with PIN code" is OFF
    ON (default) Can unlock with fingerprint
    OFF       Cannot unlock with fingerprint

    If your fingerprint is not recognized correctly three times, you will be prompted to unlock with a PIN code instead. In addition, if you unlock with a PIN code and enter it incorrectly three times, you will be forcibly logged out.

  • Set Chrome as the default browser
    ON When you tap an app in the app list, the screen preferentially opens in Chrome
    OFF (default) When you tap an app in the app list, the screen preferentially opens in the internal browser

  • Privacy Policy / Terms of Use
    You can view GlobalSign's Privacy Policy, and
    the Terms of Use for TrustLogin and TrustLogin optional services.

④ Support

Displays the TrustLogin support page.

⑤ Tabs

Displays the internal browser screen.
(Can only be tapped when SSO has been performed in the internal browser)

The internal browser has a maximum of 50 tabs. Since you cannot open more than this limit, you will need to close a tab if you want to open a new app.

While the internal browser is open, tap the second icon from the right at the bottom to display a list of tabs, which you can close individually. Tapping the rightmost icon closes all tabs.

Screen Transitions During SSO

Selecting and tapping the target app from the app list on the main screen behaves as follows.

1) When "Set Chrome as the default browser" is turned ON in Settings

When you tap the app you want to log in to from the app list, it opens Chrome and navigates to the URL. TrustLogin's feature automatically fills in your credentials.

Tapping "Details" shows the credentials for Basic authentication / form-based authentication, or the URL for SAML authentication.
Tapping "Open with this app" opens the app in the mobile app's internal browser.

2) When "Set Chrome as the default browser" is turned OFF in Settings

When you search for and tap the app you want to log in to from the app list, it opens the URL in the mobile app's internal browser and logs in automatically.

If login is not performed successfully, tap the key icon at the bottom of the app to display and copy your credentials, which you can then paste into the login form to log in manually.
