TrustLogin Mobile App for Android (Ver.3)

How to Log In

  1. Click the "Log In" button and enter your authentication information.

  2. Select a user account.

  3. (First time only) Set an unlock passcode (4-digit number).

  4. Re-enter the unlock passcode.

  5. After a successful login, the app's main screen is displayed.

① App List

Registered apps are displayed in a list.
Entering a keyword in the search field narrows the list to show only apps that contain the keyword.
Tapping the target app performs SSO.

② My Page

Navigates to Chrome and displays My Page.

Configure the various settings for the mobile app.

  • Unlock with PIN Code
    ON (default) Screen lock feature enabled; can unlock with PIN code
    OFF       Screen lock feature disabled

    If the PIN code is entered incorrectly three times, you will be forcibly logged out.

  • Unlock App with Fingerprint Authentication
    Note: This cannot be configured when "Unlock with PIN Code" is set to OFF
    ON (default) Can unlock with fingerprint
    OFF       Cannot unlock with fingerprint

    If fingerprint recognition fails three times in a row, you will be prompted to unlock with your PIN code instead. Also, if you unlock with a PIN code and enter it incorrectly three times, you will be forcibly logged out.

  • Confirm "Auto-Fill" with PIN Code

    ON (default) When auto-filling outside the app, this confirms with a PIN code before proceeding
    OFF       When auto-filling outside the app, this proceeds without a confirmation step

  • Allow Accessibility Note: Changing this setting navigates to the Android settings screen

    ON Must be enabled if using auto-fill outside the app

    OFF(default) No change needed if using auto-fill only within the in-app browser

  • Allow Display Over Other Apps Note: Changing this setting navigates to the Android settings screen

    ON Must be enabled if using auto-fill outside the app

    OFF(default) No change needed if using auto-fill only within the in-app browser

  • Set Chrome as Default Browser
    ON When you tap an app in the app list, the screen preferentially opens in Chrome
    OFF(default) When you tap an app in the app list, the screen preferentially opens in the in-app browser

  • Privacy Policy / Terms of Use
    You can view the GlobalSign Privacy Policy,
    and the Terms of Use for TrustLogin and TrustLogin optional services

④ Support

Displays the TrustLogin support page.

⑤ Tabs

Displays the in-app browser screen.
(Only tappable when SSO has been performed in the in-app browser)

The in-app browser has a limit of 50 tabs. Since you cannot open more tabs than this limit, you need to close a tab if you want to open a new app.

While the in-app browser is open, tapping the second tab icon from the right at the bottom displays a list of tabs, which can be closed individually. Tapping the rightmost icon closes all tabs.

Screen Transitions During SSO

Selecting and tapping the target app from the app list on the main screen behaves as follows.

1) When "Set Chrome as Default Browser" is turned ON in Settings

Tapping the app you want to log in to from the app list navigates to Chrome and opens the URL. TrustLogin's feature automatically fills in your authentication information.

Swiping an app to the left in the app list displays "Details" and "Open in this app".
Tapping "Details" displays the authentication information for Basic authentication / form-based authentication, or the URL for SAML authentication.
Tapping "Open in this app" opens the app in the mobile app's in-app browser.

2) When "Set Chrome as Default Browser" is turned OFF in Settings

Searching for and tapping the app you want to log in to from the app list opens the URL in the mobile app's in-app browser and automatically logs you in.

If login is not performed successfully, tapping the key icon at the bottom of the app displays the authentication information, which you can copy and paste into the login form to log in manually.
