How to Log In

  1. Click the "Log In" button and enter your credentials.

  2. Select a user account.

  3. (First time only) Set a 4-digit unlock passcode.

  4. Re-enter the unlock passcode.

  5. After you log in successfully, the app's main screen is displayed.

① App List

Your registered apps are shown in a list.
Entering a keyword in the search field filters the list to show only apps that contain that keyword.
Tapping an app performs SSO to that app.

② My Page

Opens Safari and displays My Page.

③ Settings

Configure the various settings for the mobile app.

  • Unlock with Passcode
    ON (default) — Screen lock is enabled; you can unlock with a passcode
    OFF — Screen lock is disabled

    If you enter the wrong passcode three times, you will be forcibly logged out.

  • Unlock with Touch ID
    Note: This cannot be enabled while "Unlock with Passcode" is OFF.
    ON (default) — You can unlock with your fingerprint or Face ID
    OFF — You cannot unlock with your fingerprint or Face ID

    If Touch ID or Face ID fails three times, you will be prompted to unlock with your passcode.
    Also, if you enter the wrong passcode three times when unlocking with a passcode, you will be forcibly logged out.

  • Set Safari as the Default Browser
    ON — Tapping an app in the app list preferentially opens it in Safari
    OFF (default) — Tapping an app in the app list preferentially opens it in the in-app browser

  • Disable QuickType Bar Autofill
    ON — The QuickType bar for the TrustLogin keychain is disabled
    OFF (default) — The QuickType bar for the TrustLogin keychain is enabled

  • Block In-App Pop-ups
    ON (default) — Blocks pop-ups displayed in the in-app browser.
    OFF — Allows pop-ups displayed in the in-app browser.
  • Privacy Policy / Terms of Use
    You can view the GlobalSign Privacy Policy,
    as well as the Terms of Use for TrustLogin and the TrustLogin optional services.

④ Support

Displays the TrustLogin support page.

⑤ Tabs

Displays the in-app browser screen.
(Only tappable when "Set Safari as the Default Browser" is set to OFF in Settings)

The in-app browser supports up to 50 tabs. Once this limit is reached, you cannot open any more, so you will need to close a tab before opening a new app.

While the in-app browser is open, tapping the tab icon in the bottom right displays a list of tabs, which you can close individually or all at once.

Screen Flow During SSO

When you select and tap a target app from the app list on the main screen, the app behaves as follows.

1) When "Set Safari as the Default Browser" is set to ON in Settings

Tapping the app you want to log in to from the app list opens Safari and navigates to the URL. Your credentials are automatically filled in using a standard iOS feature.

Swiping an app to the left in the app list reveals "Details" and "Open in this App."
Tapping "Details" shows the credentials for Basic authentication / form-based authentication, or the URL for SAML authentication.
Tapping "Open in this App" opens the app in the mobile app's in-app browser.

2) When "Set Safari as the Default Browser" is set to OFF in Settings

When you search for and tap the app you want to log in to from the app list, the URL opens in the mobile app's in-app browser and you are logged in automatically.

If login is not completed successfully, tapping the key icon at the bottom of the app displays your credentials, which you can copy and paste into the login form to log in manually.
