Registering an Internal Web System or an App Not in the Template (How to Use Custom App Registration - For Members)

This section explains how you can register, on your own, an app that is not registered in TrustLogin or an internal web system.

This is the registration method for cases where you want the login form's ID and password to be entered automatically.
Note: This feature is only available with the Chrome and Firefox extensions. If you are using Internet Explorer 11, please switch to Chrome or Firefox.

  1. Open the login page you want to register as an app in your browser. Click the "+" mark above the extension.
    Note: The "+" mark is displayed only if the administrator has granted permission for registration.

  2. Click either the ID or password field on the login page you want to register as an app. The extension will begin analyzing the login page.
    Note: Custom app registration will begin, and a message will appear at the bottom of the screen.

    If the message does not appear, reload the page and try again.
    If it still does not appear, this method cannot be used for registration.

  3. Click the TrustLogin extension icon in your browser again.
    Note: When the extension finishes analyzing the login page, a message will appear at the bottom of the screen.

  4. Check the registration information to be saved to TrustLogin within the extension.
    If there are any changes needed to the app name, login URL, or field names, you can edit them here.
    Note: If you set the app's scope of use to "For Personal Use", only the member who performed the operation can use this app.
    If you set it to "For Company Use", all members with the same Company ID can use this app.
    "For Company Use" is an administrator feature.

  5. Clicking "Save" will save the settings to TrustLogin.
    Note: If you select "For Personal Use", you can also register login information such as your ID and password here.
    Note: If the login information, such as ID and password, is already entered on the login page you want to register as an app,
     that information will automatically be entered here and registered.

  6. Use the custom app you registered.
    If you registered it as "For Personal Use", the app will be added to My Page immediately.
