How to Register a One-Time Password and Log In

Note: For instructions on how administrators configure one-time passwords, please see here.

If your administrator has asked you to set up a one-time password (OTP), please follow the steps below to configure it on your mobile device.

How to Log In

  1. After the administrator completes the setup, when a member logs in to TrustLogin, the screen below appears after entering the ID and password.
    Following the steps, install a free one-time password (OTP) app on your mobile device (such as Google Authenticator or Microsoft Authenticator). The example below uses "Google Authenticator."

  2. After the installation is complete, launch the app. The screen below will appear, so scan the QR code by selecting "Begin Setup" → "Scan a barcode."

  3. Once the scan is complete, a 6-digit confirmation code will be displayed. Enter the code and click the "Authenticate" button to complete your login.

    Note: If you enter the code and still receive an error, please check that the time zone and time settings are correct on both your PC and your mobile device.
    Note: If you log in, log out, and log in again within a short period of time, the following warning will appear: "You cannot log in continuously while using a one-time password. Please wait about a minute before logging in." When logging in again, please wait a little while before doing so.

  4. For subsequent logins, you will also need to enter a one-time password after entering your ID and password, so please check the one-time password in Google Authenticator and use it to log in.
