Note: This describes how members log in when client authentication has already been configured.
For information on how administrators configure client authentication, please refer to the pages below.
Client Authentication (When Issuing a Certificate with TrustLogin)
Client Authentication (When Using a Certificate You Own)
How to Log In (PC Browser)
- On the TrustLogin login form, enter your "Company ID" and "Email Address."
- A "Select a certificate" dialog will appear. Select the installed client certificate and click "OK."
If you are using a certificate issued by TrustLogin, select the certificate whose subject is your own email address and whose issuer is "SKUID Client Authentication CA."
Note: If selecting the certificate still fails, the administrator may have revoked or the certificate may have expired.
Note: If you select the SKUIDClientAuthenticationCA certificate and still receive the error "This certificate is not an authorized certificate," the certificate may have been revoked or expired. Please check with your administrator.
Note: Depending on your browser settings, the warning below may appear after selecting the certificate. In this case, select "Yes." - Once you select the correct certificate, a password entry screen will appear. Log in as usual.
Note: If your TrustLogin session has expired, or if you logged out and then restarted your browser, you will need to select a certificate again the next time you log in.
Note: If you select the wrong certificate, you will receive the error "This client certificate is not authorized by the administrator," and you will need to restart your browser.
Note: When using client authentication together with SAML authentication, whether single sign-on is possible outside the browser (e.g., in mobile apps) depends on the specifications of the app in question.
How to Log In (Mobile - iOS)
