On the TrustLogin Microsoft 365 (Office 365) settings screen, if "Display name order in Office 365: Last Name, First Name" is off (grayed out), the "Display Name" on the Microsoft 365 (Office 365) side will be synced in "First Name, Last Name" order. To change this, follow the steps below.
① Select the user whose display name you want to change.
② Open "Manage contact information."
③ Change the "Display name" to "Last Name, First Name" order.
④ Confirm that the display name has been changed.
