TrustLogin Mobile App for Android

A TrustLogin account is required to use the mobile app.
If you already have an account, please log in.

If you don't have a login account yet, please complete the initial registration (free) on a PC and register your login information for the apps you plan to use before proceeding.

For Android Users

Note: Please install and use the latest version of the mobile app.

Step 1. Android Pre-Setup

- Allow display over other apps

① Allow TrustLogin to display over other apps.
Go to Settings > Apps & notifications > TrustLogin > Advanced settings, and turn on "Display over other apps."

② Allow TrustLogin to be used in Accessibility settings.
Go to Settings > Accessibility > TrustLogin > Use service, and turn it on.

- "Open by default" setting

① Open the TrustLogin app settings.

② Scroll down and tap "Open by default."

③ Tap "Add link."

④ Check "mobile.trustlogin.com" and tap "Add."

If it has been added as shown below, the setup is complete.

- Notification settings

① Open the TrustLogin app settings.

② Turn on "All TrustLogin notifications."

Step 2. Using Autofill


① Logging in from the app list
Log in to the app, then select the target app from the app list.

② Using autofill on an opened page
If TrustLogin has information matching the domain of the opened page, an "Autofill" button will appear. If there are multiple matching candidates, they will be displayed as a list as shown on the right; select the account you want to log in with.

Note: The following third-party Android apps support TrustLogin's login feature. (Other apps are also supported when using Chrome.)

Frequently Asked Questions

Q1) I can't log in after updating the app.
A) We're sorry for the inconvenience. Please uninstall the app, reinstall it, and then try logging in again.

Q2) A warning to download the app still appears after installation.
A) Checking "Don't show again" will stop the warning from appearing.

Q3) The message "An app is obscuring a permission request, so Settings can't verify your response" appears, and I can't complete the initial setup.

A) An app other than TrustLogin may be interfering with the settings change. If you have installed an app with a screen overlay feature, try temporarily disabling it to see if that allows the change to be made.
