Note: You must apply in advance with Cisco Webex and complete the configuration.
Note: You must create a Cisco Webex account using the same email address as your TrustLogin (formerly SKUID) account, and add the user to your organization in Cisco Webex Control Hub in advance.

TrustLogin Admin Page Settings

Log in to TrustLogin, open the "Admin Page > Apps" menu, and click the "Register App" button in the upper right of the screen.
- On the "Register Business App" screen, search and select "Cisco Webex (SAML)."
- Under "Identity Provider Information," download the metadata from "Download Metadata."
Now, switch to configuring Cisco Webex.
Open the Cisco Webex admin screen in a separate window.

Cisco Webex Control Hub — open it, scroll down to "Authentication" in the "Settings" menu, and click "Modify."
- Select "Integrate a 3rd-party Identity Provider (Advanced)" and click "Next."
- Download the metadata from "Download Metadata File."
Now, return to configuring TrustLogin.

- Under "Service Provider Settings," upload the metadata file you downloaded from Cisco Webex using "Select Metadata," and click the "Register" button to save the settings.
- To perform a connection test, add the administrator as a member of the app you created.
In the "Admin Page > Apps" menu, search for the "Cisco Webex (SAML)" app, click the app name, and open it.
- From "Add Member," select the user to add and click the "Register" button to add them.
Now, return to configuring Cisco Webex.

- Return to Cisco Webex Control Hub again and proceed by clicking "Next."
- Upload the metadata file you downloaded from TrustLogin in step 3 of "TrustLogin Admin Page Settings."
- Once you confirm the import complete message, proceed by clicking "Next."
For "Sign Metadata (Advanced)," select "A CA signed certificate is required in the metadata (more secure)."
- Run the connection test using the "Test SSO Connection" button.
If this screen is displayed, the test was successful.
- Select "The test was successful. I want to enable SSO." and click "Save."
- Confirm that Single Sign-On under "Settings > Authentication" is set to "Enabled."
TrustLogin User Settings
① If Users Add the App from My Page
- On "My Page," click the "Add App" button.
- On the "Register App" screen, select "Cisco Webex (SAML)" and click the "Next" button in the upper right of the screen.
- If you want to change the "Display Name," enter a new one, and then click the "Register" button.
- Click the app from "My Page" or the browser extension, and confirm that login is successful.
② If an Administrator Adds Members
- In the "Admin Page > Apps" menu, search for and click the "Cisco Webex (SAML)" app.
- Click "Add Member," select the users to add from the member list, and click the "Register" button to add them.
How to Log In to Cisco Webex
Click the app from "My Page" or the browser extension, and if login is successful, the following screen will be displayed.
After that, on each Cisco Webex login page, enter only your email address.
