This explains how to delete a member's account due to their leaving the company, or how to temporarily suspend a member's account.
Note: If Active Directory integration is enabled, when an account is disabled in Active Directory, its usage status in TrustLogin will automatically change to "Suspended."
Suspending an Account (Individual)

Log in to TrustLogin with an administrator account, open the "Admin Page > Members" menu, and select the relevant member.
- Open "Edit" to the right of the username, change the status to "Suspended," and click "Save."
Deleting an Account (Individual)
If a member's status is "Active," the account cannot be deleted.
Follow the steps above to change the account status to "Suspended" first, after which deletion will become possible.

Log in to TrustLogin with an administrator account, open the "Admin Page > Members" menu, and select the relevant member.
- Click "Delete Member" to the right of the user information. A confirmation message will appear; selecting "Yes" will complete the account deletion.
Suspending/Deleting Multiple Accounts in Bulk
- Open the "Admin Page > Members" menu, check the checkboxes for the relevant members, and click the "Delete" button.
- A message will appear; select "Yes."
- Confirm the selected members, then click the "Suspend" button.
- If everything looks correct, click the "Delete" button.
