In TrustLogin, you can allow members to freely register apps for their own use, but you can also restrict usage to only specific apps registered as "Company Apps."
(Reference) Managing User Permissions Using "TrustLogin Feature Restrictions"
Additionally, among the apps provided by TrustLogin, some apps that require a login URL to be configured cannot be used unless they are registered as a Company App.
Setup Method
-
Log in to TrustLogin, open the "Admin Page > Apps" menu, and click the "Register App" button in the upper right of the screen.
- On the "Company App Registration" screen, search by app name and select the relevant app.
- Change any fields as needed, then click "Register."
For some apps that require a login URL to be configured, we will use the "Domo" app as an example here. For apps like "Domo," where the login URL differs for each customer, the app is registered with a login URL that includes Japanese text, as shown below. Rewrite the URL with the one assigned to your account, then click the "Register" button in the upper right to complete the process. - For instructions on how to assign members/groups to an app registered as a Company App, please refer to the following.
