Note: Prior configuration in MailDealer is required.

Note: You must have already created an account in MailDealer using the same email address as your TrustLogin (formerly SKUID) account.

Note: Please refer to the manual provided by MailDealer for the latest configuration steps.

TrustLogin Admin Page Settings

1. Log in to TrustLogin, open the "Admin Page > App" menu, and click the "Register App" button at the top right of the screen.
   
   
   
2. On the "Register Corporate App" screen, search for and select "MailDealer (SAML)".
   
   
   
   
3. Note the "IdP URL" in the "Identity Provider Information" section, and download the certificate using the "Get Certificate" button.
   
   
   
   

Now, switch to configuring MailDealer.
Do not click the "Register" button — open the MailDealer admin page in a separate tab.

MailDealer Configuration

Log in to MailDealer.

1. Click the gear icon at the top right and select "User Settings".
   
   
   
   
2. From "User Settings", select "Single Sign-On Settings".
   
   
   
3. Register the information noted in step 3 of "TrustLogin Admin Page Settings" above as follows. After registering, click the "Change" button.

   IdP Login URL	→	IdP URL
   IdP Logout URL	→	https://portal.trustlogin.com/user/
   Certificate	→	Upload the certificate file downloaded from TrustLogin

   
4. Download the metadata from "Metadata File". Note the URL from "Single Sign-On URL", then return to the TrustLogin admin page again.

TrustLogin Admin Page Settings (Continued)

1. In "Service Provider Settings", enter the "Single Sign-On URL" noted from MailDealer into the "Login URL" field, and upload the metadata.

Click the "Register" button.

TrustLogin User Settings

① When a User Adds the App via My Page

1. Click the "Add App" button on "My Page".
2. On the "Register App" screen, select "MailDealer (SAML)" and click the "Next" button at the top right of the screen.
3. If you want to change the "Display Name", enter it, then click the "Register" button.
4. Click the app on "My Page" or in the "browser extension" and check that login succeeds.

② When an Administrator Adds Members

1. Search for and click the "MailDealer (SAML)" app in the "Admin Page > App" menu.
2. Click "Add Member", select the user to add from the member list, and click the "Register" button to add them.
