How to Configure SAML Authentication for ManageAC

Note: Prior configuration in ManageAC is required.
Note: For the latest setup instructions, please refer to the manual provided by ManageAC.

TrustLogin Admin Page Configuration

  1. Log in to TrustLogin, open the "Admin Page > Apps" menu, and click the "Add App" button in the upper right of the screen.

  2. Search on the "Register Corporate App" screen and select "ManageAC (SAML)".

  3. Make a note of the "Identity Provider URL" under "Identity Provider Information", and download the certificate from "Get Certificate".

Now, switch to the configuration on the ManageAC side. Please open ManageAC in a separate window.

ManageAC Configuration

  1. Log in with a user account that has access rights to "SSO Settings", and open "Admin Apps > SSO Settings" from the menu.

  2. Open "Manage".

  3. Enable "SSO Support Enable/Disable" and click "Update".
    Note: Once enabled, users will no longer be able to log in through the normal method. Please notify your users in advance.

  4. Click "Finish Admin Settings".

  5. Paste the "Identity Provider URL" noted from TrustLogin into "Sign-on URL", and
    paste the "Certificate" text string into "Identity Provider Certificate".

  6. After clicking the "Update" button, download the Service Provider's metadata.

  7. Open "Authentication Federation ID List" and export the user list as a CSV.

  8. Open the exported CSV file and overwrite the "Federation ID" field with the corresponding user's TrustLogin email address.

  9. Open "Import CSV Data" and upload the file you created.

  10. Check the number of target records and click the "Update" button.

Return to the TrustLogin configuration again.

TrustLogin Admin Page Configuration (Continued)

  1. Set the ManageAC URL in the "Redirect URL After Successful SP Authentication" field under "Service Provider Settings",
    and upload the metadata downloaded from ManageAC to "Metadata".

  2. Save the settings by clicking the "Register" button.

TrustLogin User Configuration

① When a user adds the app from My Page

  1. Click the "Add App" button on "My Page".
  2. On the "Register App" screen, select "ManageAC (SAML)" and click the "Next" button in the upper right of the screen.
  3. If you want to change the "Display Name", enter it, then click the "Register" button.
  4. Click the app on "My Page" or the "Browser Extension" and check that login succeeds.

② When an administrator adds a member

  1. In the "Admin Page > Apps" menu, search for and click the "ManageAC (SAML)" app.
  2. Click "Add Member", select the user to add from the member list, and click the "Register" button to add them.
