using TrustLogin as the identity source.

Setup Procedure

Settings on the RICOH kintone plus Side

  1. After logging in to RICOH kintone plus, click "cybozu.com Common Admin."

  2. Click "Provisioning" in the left-hand menu.

  3. Under "API Token," click "Issue API Token."

  4. Select the "Validity Period," enter an "API Token Description," and click "Issue."

  5. Click the copy icons for the displayed "API Token" and "SCIM Endpoint" to copy each value.
    Note: Once you close this dialog, you will no longer be able to view the API token, so be sure to copy it on this screen.

    This completes the preliminary preparation on the RICOH kintone plus side. Next, configure the settings on the TrustLogin side.

Settings on the TrustLogin Side

  1. Log in to the TrustLogin Admin Page, then from the "Admin Page > Settings > Optional Features" menu,
    click "Settings" to the right of "Identity Provisioning" to open it.

  2. Click "Add Service," enter something like "kin" in the search field to select "kintone," and click the "Add" button.

  3. You will be redirected to the "Identity Provisioning > CybozuKintonePlus" page.
    Click the "Edit" button.

  4. Enter the following values in "Access Settings" and click the "Register" button.

    Connection URL The value of the "SCIM Endpoint" copied in Step 5 of Settings on the RICOH kintone plus Side
    Access Token The value of the "API Token" copied in Step 5 of Settings on the RICOH kintone plus Side

  5. Click the "Connect" button in the upper right of the screen.

  6. Once the button status changes to "Connected," the initial setup is complete.
