Identity Provisioning Setup for RICOH

This page describes the initial setup steps for using TrustLogin as the identity source
to perform Identity Provisioning to RICOH.

Setup Procedure

RICOH Settings

  1. After logging in to RICOH, turn on "Admin Mode" in the upper right.

  2. Click "User Management" under "Administrator Settings".

  3. Click the "⋮" (More) icon, then click "Automatic Sync Settings with Other External Services" under "ID Sync".

  4. Set "Run Automatic Sync" to "Enabled", enter the required information, and click the "Save" button.
    Click "Copy" next to the "Endpoint" displayed at the bottom of the screen to copy it.

  5. Click "Issue" next to "Access Token" to issue the token, then click the copy icon to copy it.

    This completes the preparation on the RICOH side. Next, configure the settings on the TrustLogin side.

TrustLogin Settings

  1. Log in to the TrustLogin Admin Page, then from the "Admin Page > Settings > Optional Features" menu,
    click "Settings" to the right of "Identity Provisioning" to open it.

  2. Click "Add Service", enter something like "ri" in the search field, select "Ricoh", and click the "Add" button.

  3. You will be redirected to the "Identity Provisioning > Ricoh" page.
    Click the "Edit" button.

  4. Enter the following values in "Access Settings", and click the "Register" button.

    Connection URL The value of the "Endpoint" copied in Step 4 of RICOH Settings
    Access Token The value copied in Step 5 of RICOH Settings

  5. Click the "Connect" button in the upper right of the screen.

  6. Once the button status changes to "Connected", the initial setup is complete.

Values Configurable in Attribute Mapping

You can link any attribute on the TrustLogin side with any attribute on the RICOH side.

TrustLogin Settings

  1. Log in to the TrustLogin Admin Page, then from the "Admin Page > Settings > Optional Features" menu,
    click "Settings" to the right of "Identity Provisioning" to open it.

  2. Click "Add Service", enter something like "ri" in the search field, select "Ricoh", and click the "Add" button.

  3. You will be redirected to the "Identity Provisioning > Ricoh" page.

  4. Enter the following values in "Access Settings", and click the "Register" button.

    Connection URL The value of the "Endpoint" copied in Step 4 of RICOH Settings
    Access Token The value copied in Step 5 of RICOH Settings

  5. Click the "Connect" button in the upper right of the screen.

  6. Once the button status changes to "Connected", the initial setup is complete.
