This page describes the initial setup steps for using TrustLogin as the identity source
to perform Identity Provisioning to Parallels.

Note: For detailed instructions on operating Parallels, please refer to the documentation provided by Parallels.

Setup Procedure

Parallels Settings

1. Log in to Parallels.

   

2. Click "Business Profile".

   

3. Click the "Admin" tab.

   

4. Expand "Configure SCIM Integration".

   

5. Check the box for "Enable SCIM Support".

   

6. Click "Copy" next to "SCIM Base URL" to copy it.

   

7. Click "Copy" next to "Bearer Token" to copy it.
   Note: This token cannot be displayed again, so be sure to copy it on this screen.

   

   
   This completes the preparation on the Parallels side. Next, configure the settings on the TrustLogin side.
   

TrustLogin Settings

1. Log in to the TrustLogin Admin Page, then from the "Admin Page > Settings > Optional Features" menu,
   click "Settings" to the right of "Identity Provisioning" to open it.
   
   

2. Click "Add Service", enter something like "Parallels" in the search field, select "Parallels", and click the "Add" button.

   

3. You will be redirected to the "Identity Provisioning > Parallels" page.
   Click the "Edit" button.

   

4. Enter the following values in "Access Settings", and click the "Register" button.

   Connection URL	The value of the "SCIM Base URL" copied in Step 6 of Parallels Settings
   Access Token	The value of the "Bearer Token" copied in Step 7 of Parallels Settings

   

5. Click the "Connect" button in the upper right of the screen.

   

6. Once the button status changes to "Connected", the initial setup is complete.

   

Values Configurable in Attribute Mapping

You can link any attribute on the TrustLogin side with any attribute on the Parallels side.
