This page explains the initial setup steps for provisioning identities to TalentLMS,
using TrustLogin as the identity source.

Note: For detailed instructions on using TalentLMS, please refer to the documentation provided by TalentLMS.

Setup Steps

TalentLMS-side Configuration

1. After logging in to TalentLMS, click "Account & Settings" in the left-hand menu.

   

2. Click "Users".

   

3. Confirm that "SSO" is set to "Enabled".
   Note: You must select "SAML2.0" for "SSO integration type".

   

4. Turn on "Enable SCIM v2 user provisioning" and copy the displayed token.
   Note: This token cannot be displayed again, so be sure to copy it on this screen.

   

   
   This completes the preliminary setup on the TalentLMS side. Next, configure the TrustLogin side.
   

TrustLogin-side Configuration

1. Log in to the TrustLogin Admin Page, and from the "Admin Page > Settings > Optional Features" menu,
   click "Settings" to the right of "Identity Provisioning" to open it.
   
   

2. Click "Add Service", enter "talent" or similar in the search field, select "TalentLMS", and click the "Add" button.

   

3. You will be redirected to the "Identity Provisioning > TalentLMS" page.
   Click the "Edit" button.

   

4. Enter the following values in "Access Settings" and click the "Register" button.

   Connection URL	Enter in the following format: https://<yourdomain>.talentlms.com/api/scim2 (Replace <yourdomain> with your actual TalentLMS domain name)
   Access Token	The value copied in step 4 of TalentLMS-side Configuration

   

5. Click the "Connect" button in the upper right of the screen.

   

6. Once the button status updates to "Connected", the initial setup is complete.

   

About Values Configurable in Attribute Mapping

You can link any attribute on the TrustLogin side with any attribute on the TalentLMS side.
