Identity Provisioning Setup for GLPI Network

This page explains the initial setup steps for provisioning identities to GLPI Network,
using TrustLogin as the identity source.

Setup Steps

GLPI Network-side Configuration

  1. After logging in to GLPI Network, click "System Settings" in the left-hand menu.

  2. Click "SCIM".

  3. Click "+Add".

  4. Enter any name in "Identity server name".

  5. Confirm that "Enabled" is turned on.

  6. Select the administrator account to use in "Admin account used when updating GLPI data".

  7. Select "Bearer" for "Method".

  8. Copy the value of the displayed "Jwt token".
    Note: This token cannot be displayed again, so be sure to copy it on this screen.

  9. Click "+Add" under "SCIM API".

  10. Copy the value of the displayed "API URL".

  11. Click "Save".

    This completes the preliminary setup on the GLPI Network side. Next, configure the TrustLogin side.

TrustLogin-side Configuration

  1. Log in to the TrustLogin Admin Page, and from the "Admin Page > Settings > Optional Features" menu,
    click "Settings" to the right of "Identity Provisioning" to open it.

  2. Click "Add Service", enter "glpi" or similar in the search field, select "GLPI Network", and click the "Add" button.

  3. You will be redirected to the "Identity Provisioning > GLPI Network" page.
    Click the "Edit" button.

  4. Enter the following values in "Access Settings" and click the "Register" button.

    Connection URL The "API URL" value copied in step 10 of GLPI Network-side Configuration
    Access Token The "Jwt token" value copied in step 8 of GLPI Network-side Configuration

  5. Click the "Connect" button in the upper right of the screen.

  6. Once the button status updates to "Connected", the initial setup is complete.

About Values Configurable in Attribute Mapping

You can link any attribute on the TrustLogin side with any attribute on the GLPI Network side.

Setup Steps

GLPI Network-side Configuration

    This completes the preliminary setup on the GLPI Network side. Next, configure the TrustLogin side.

TrustLogin-side Configuration

  1. Log in to the TrustLogin Admin Page, and from the "Admin Page > Settings > Optional Features" menu,
    click "Settings" to the right of "Identity Provisioning" to open it.

  2. Click "Add Service", enter "glpi" or similar in the search field, select "GLPI Network", and click the "Add" button.

  3. You will be redirected to the "Identity Provisioning > GLPI Network" page.
