Identity Provisioning Setup for RoboForm

This page describes the initial setup procedure for provisioning identities to RoboForm
using TrustLogin as the identity source.

Note: For detailed operating instructions for RoboForm, please refer to the documentation provided by RoboForm.

Note: After connecting TrustLogin and RoboForm using the steps on this page,
　proceed to User Sync Settings.

Setup Steps

RoboForm Settings

  1. After logging in to RoboForm, click the organization name displayed in the upper right.

  2. From the displayed menu, click "Open Admin Console".

  3. Click "Integrations" in the left-hand menu.

  4. Click the SCIM integration card that appears.

  5. Click the copy button next to "SCIM Server URL" to copy the value.

  6. Click "Generate New Token".

  7. Click the copy button next to "SCIM Server Token" to copy the value.
    Note: This token cannot be displayed again, so be sure to copy it on this screen.

    This completes the preliminary preparation on the RoboForm side. Next, configure the settings on the TrustLogin side.
     

TrustLogin Settings

  1. Log in to the TrustLogin Admin Page, and from the "Admin Page > Settings > Optional Features" menu,
    click "Settings" to the right of "Identity Provisioning" to open it.

  2. Click "Add Service", enter "RoboForm" or similar in the search field, select "RoboForm", and click the "Add" button.

  3. You will be redirected to the "Identity Provisioning > RoboForm" page.
    Click the "Edit" button.

  4. Enter the following values in "Access Settings" and click the "Register" button.

    Connection URL The "SCIM Server URL" value copied in Step 5 of RoboForm Settings
    Access Token The "SCIM Server Token" value copied in Step 7 of RoboForm Settings

  5. Click the "Connect" button in the upper right of the screen.

  6. Once the button status updates to "Connected", the initial setup is complete.

About Values Configurable in Attribute Mapping

You can link any attribute on the TrustLogin side with any attribute on the RoboForm side.

TrustLogin Settings

  1. Log in to the TrustLogin Admin Page, and from the "Admin Page > Settings > Optional Features" menu,
    click "Settings" to the right of "Identity Provisioning" to open it.

  2. Click "Add Service", enter "RoboForm" or similar in the search field, select "RoboForm", and click the "Add" button.

  3. You will be redirected to the "Identity Provisioning > RoboForm" page.

  4. Enter the following values in "Access Settings" and click the "Register" button.

  5. Click the "Connect" button in the upper right of the screen.
