This page explains the initial setup steps for provisioning identities to Appenate,
using TrustLogin as the identity source.

Note: For detailed instructions on using Appenate, please refer to the documentation provided by Appenate.

Setup Steps

Appenate-side Configuration

1. After logging in to Appenate, click "Organization & Users" > "Organization Setup" in the left-hand menu.

   

2. Click the "integrations" tab.

   

3. Click "API Keys" to expand it.

   

4. Copy the value of "Company ID".

   

5. Copy the value of "API Full Access Key".

   

   
   This completes the preliminary setup on the Appenate side. Next, configure the TrustLogin side.
   

TrustLogin-side Configuration

1. Log in to the TrustLogin Admin Page, and from the "Admin Page > Settings > Optional Features" menu,
   click "Settings" to the right of "Identity Provisioning" to open it.
   
   

2. Click "Add Service", select "Appenate" from the list, and click the "Add" button.

   

3. You will be redirected to the "Identity Provisioning > Appenate" page.
   Click the "Edit" button.

   

4. Enter the following values in "Access Settings", and click the "Register" button.

   Company ID	The value of "Company ID" copied in step 4 of Appenate-side Configuration
   API Access Key	The value of "API Full Access Key" copied in step 5 of Appenate-side Configuration

   

5. Click the "Connect" button at the top right of the screen.

   

6. Once the button status updates to "Connected", the initial setup is complete.

   

About Values Configurable in Attribute Mapping

You can link any attribute on the TrustLogin side with any attribute on the Appenate side.
