Identity Provisioning Setup for JFrog

This page describes the initial setup procedure for Identity Provisioning to JFrog, using TrustLogin as the source of identity information.

Setup Procedure

Settings on the JFrog Side

  1. Log in to JFrog with administrator privileges.

  2. Click "Administration."

  3. Click "Authentication" > "SCIM."

  4. Copy the "Base URL" to your clipboard.

  5. Select the token’s expiration time.

  6. Click "Generate Token."

  7. Copy the generated token to your clipboard.
    Note: Once you close this screen, you will not be able to view the token again. Please make sure to copy it before proceeding.

    This completes the preparation on the JFrog side. Next, configure the settings on the TrustLogin side.

Settings on the TrustLogin Side

  1. Log in to the TrustLogin Admin Page, then from the "Admin Page > Settings > Optional Features" menu,
    click "Settings" to the right of "Identity Provisioning" to open it.

  2. Click "Add Service."

  3. On the Add Service screen, search for and select "JFrog," then click the "Add" button.

  4. You will be redirected to the "Identity Provisioning > JFrog" page.
    Click the "Edit" button.

  5. Click "Access Settings" to expand it, and enter the following values into the configuration fields.

    Connection URL The value of "Base URL" copied in step 4 of Settings on the JFrog Side
    Access Token The value of "Token" copied in step 7 of Settings on the JFrog Side

  6. Click "Register." When "Settings have been saved" is displayed, the registration is complete.

  7. Click the "Connect" button at the top right of the screen.

  8. Once the button status updates to "Connected," the initial setup is complete.

Setup Procedure

Settings on the JFrog Side

  1. Log in to the TrustLogin Admin Page, then from the "Admin Page > Settings > Optional Features" menu,
    click "Settings" to the right of "Identity Provisioning" to open it.

  2. Click "Add Service."

  3. On the Add Service screen, search for and select "JFrog," then click the "Add" button.

  4. You will be redirected to the "Identity Provisioning > JFrog" page.

  5. Click "Access Settings" to expand it, and enter the following values into the configuration fields.

    Connection URL The value of "Base URL" copied in step 4 of Settings on the JFrog Side
    Access Token The value of "Token" copied in step 7 of Settings on the JFrog Side

  6. Click "Register." When "Settings have been saved" is displayed, the registration is complete.

  7. Click the "Connect" button at the top right of the screen.
