This page describes the initial setup steps for performing Identity
Provisioning to ZoomInfo, using TrustLogin as the source of identity.

Setup Steps
ZoomInfo Settings

Log in to ZoomInfo with administrator privileges, click the waffle icon in the upper right of the screen, and click "Admin Portal".

From the left menu, click "User Management" > "Users".

Click the "Auto Provisioning" tab.

Click the "IdP" tab.

Select the "IdP Type" and click the "Select" button.
Note: SAML integration (SSO) must already be configured on the ZoomInfo side beforehand. -
Select the expiration period for the API Token, check "I understand and would like to proceed anyway", and click "Generate New API Token".
Note: Regenerating the token will invalidate the old one. Please be careful if you have already completed the integration. -
Copy the "Base URL" shown on the "Connect your IdP" page to your clipboard.

Copy the "API Token" on the same page to your clipboard.
This completes the preparation on the ZoomInfo side. Next, configure the settings on the TrustLogin side.
TrustLogin Settings
Log in to the TrustLogin admin screen, and from the "Admin Page > Settings > Optional Features" menu,
click "Settings" next to "Identity Provisioning" to open it.
Click "Add Service".

On the Add Service screen, search for and select "ZoomInfo", then click the "Add" button.

You will be redirected to the "Identity Provisioning > ZoomInfo" page.
Click the "Edit" button. -
Click "Access Settings" to expand it, and enter the following values for the settings items.
Connection URL ZoomInfo Settings step 7 – the value of "Base URL" you copied Access Token ZoomInfo Settings step 8 – the value of "API Token" you copied -
Click "Save".
Click the "Connect" button in the upper right of the screen.
Once the button status updates to "Connected", the initial setup is complete.
Values You Can Configure in Attribute Mapping
You can map any attribute on the TrustLogin side to any attribute on the ZoomInfo side.
