TrustLogin Admin Page Configuration

1. Log in to TrustLogin, open the "Admin Page > App" menu, and click the "Register App" button in the upper right of the screen.
   
   
2. Search in the "Register Company App" screen and select "Wantedly (SAML)".
   
   
3. Download the metadata by clicking the "Download metadata" button under "Identity Provider Information".
   

Now proceed to the Wantedly configuration.
Do not click the "Save" button yet — open Wantedly in a separate window.

Wantedly Configuration

1. Log in to Wantedly, click the profile icon in the upper right, and select "Plan".

   

2. Open "Settings" and configure the default permissions for members added via SSO under "Default role".
   
   
   
   
   
3. Click "Upload SAML metadata" and upload the metadata you copied and noted down from TrustLogin.
   
   

4. After uploading the metadata, copy and note down the "Entity ID" and "ACS URL" displayed under "SAML".

   

5. If the toggle next to "Upload SAML metadata" is off, click it to turn it on. (If the change does not take effect, try refreshing your browser.)

Return to the TrustLogin Admin Page.

TrustLogin Admin Page Configuration (continued)

1. Configure the "Service Provider Settings" as follows.

   Entity ID	The "Entity ID" copied and noted down from Wantedly　 Note: This will be the "Issuer/Entity ID" in TrustLogin.
   ACS URL for Service	The "ACS URL" copied and noted down from Wantedly

   
   

2. Click the "Save" button to save.

TrustLogin User Settings

① When a user adds the app from My Page

Note: The SAML app must be configured by an administrator in advance.

1. On "My Page", click the "Add App" button.
2. On the "Register App" screen, select "Wantedly (SAML)" and click the "Next" button in the upper right of the screen.
3. If you want to change the "Display Name", enter it and click the "Save" button.

② When an administrator adds members

1. Search for the "Wantedly (SAML)" app in the "Admin Page > App" menu and click on it.
2. Click "Add Member", select the user to add from the member list, and click the "Save" button to add them.
   
   

First-Time Login Method

① When an existing user logs in via SSO for the first time

When a user already invited to Wantedly (an existing user) logs in via SSO, password login is required only the first time.

Please follow the steps below to log in. From the second SSO login onward, the steps below are not required.

1. Click the app from TrustLogin My Page, and on the Wantedly account confirmation screen, click "Log in to my account".

   

2. Enter your email address and click the arrow button.

   

3. Enter your password and click the arrow button.

   

4. Click the "Next" button to complete registration. From the next time onward, you can log in via SSO.

   

② When logging in for the first time via SAML JIT

When logging in for the first time via SAML JIT from TrustLogin (i.e., logging in with a user that does not exist in Wantedly), user registration is required only on the first login. Please follow the steps below. From the second login onward, SSO login is available.

1. Click the app from TrustLogin My Page, and on the Wantedly account confirmation screen, click "Log in to my account".

   

2. Enter your email address and click the arrow button.

   

3. Enter your last name, first name, and password, then click the arrow button.

   

4. Click the "Next" button to complete registration. From the next time onward, you can log in via SSO.
