What is Supply Chain ID Protection?
With Supply Chain ID Protection (CIAM Plan), the following elements can be customized using OEM settings.
- Logo image displayed on the login screen, My Page, Admin Page, browser extension, and system emails
- Service name and footer in system emails
- Destination URL of the help page (support page) link on My Page, Admin Page, and browser extension
- Show/hide support chat icon
- Show/hide portal announcements
By leveraging this feature, you can provide a unified authentication experience as your own service, even for external users.
Note: This feature is exclusive to Supply Chain ID Protection (CIAM Plan).

Note: As of April 2026, all configurations are handled by our team on your behalf.
1. Logo Image Customization
Target Screens
When OEM settings are enabled, the logo displayed on the following screens will be replaced with the customized logo image.

Logo Image Specifications
- There are requirements for the logo image format and size. Detailed conditions will be provided individually at the time of application.
Changing the Logo Image
- If you wish to change the logo image, please contact us here.
Restrictions
- Only one type of logo can be configured per tenant. Multiple logos cannot be used interchangeably.
- The same logo is applied to all screens. Different logos cannot be set for each screen.
- This service uses cookies for OEM display.
Note that if you access via a different browser or incognito mode, the default standard logo will be displayed.
2.Service name and footer in system emails

- Service name in the email subject and body

3. Help Page URL Customization
The destination URL of the help page (support page) link displayed on each screen can be changed to your own support page.

Restrictions
- Only one destination URL can be configured.
Multiple links such as FAQ pages or contact forms cannot be set individually.
If multiple links are needed, please prepare a link collection page. - While it is technically possible to specify an internal page with IP address restrictions, if external users cannot access it, it will not function as a help page. Please specify a URL accessible by both internal and external users.
