TrustLogin Admin Page Settings
- Log in to TrustLogin here, open the "Admin Page > App" menu, and click the "Register SAML App" button in the upper right.
- Search in the "Register Enterprise App" screen and select "RECEPTIONIST, Chosea-apo, Yoyaku Rooms (SAML)".
- Copy and note down the "Identity Provider URL" and "Issuer / Entity ID" values from "Identity Provider Information", and download the Certificate using the "Get Certificate" button.

Configure "SP Configuration" as follows.
Login URL Enter the URL of the service you want to log in to
・RECEPTIONIST: https://app.receptionist.jp/sign_in/saml
・Chosea-apo: https://scheduling.app.receptionist.jp/sign_in/saml
・Yoyaku Rooms: https://rooms.app.receptionist.jp/sign_in/saml
Note: If you have contracts for multiple services, you will be redirected to the RECEPTIONIST admin screen.
If using multiple of the above services, set the RECEPTIONIST URL.
Note: If using only Chosea-apo, set the Chosea-apo URL.
Note: If using only Yoyaku Rooms, set the Yoyaku Rooms URL.Entity ID Your company email address domain ACS URL Your company email address domain
- Send the "Identity Provider URL", "Issuer / Entity ID", "Certificate", and "company email address domain" obtained from TrustLogin to the RECEPTIONIST representative and request configuration.
Once you receive notification that SSO has been enabled, add users and try SSO login.
TrustLogin User Settings
① When a user adds the app from My Page
Note: The SAML App must be configured by an Administrator in advance.
- On "My Page", click the "Add App" button.
- In the "Register App" screen, select "RECEPTIONIST, Chosea-apo, Yoyaku Rooms (SAML)" and click the "Next" button in the upper right.
- If you wish to change the "Display Name", enter it and click the "Save" button.
② When an administrator adds members
- In the "Admin Page > App" menu, search for and click the "RECEPTIONIST, Chosea-apo, Yoyaku Rooms (SAML)" app.
- Click "Add Member", select the user to add from the member list, and click the "Save" button to add them.
How to Log In
① Logging in with "RECEPTIONIST, Chosea-apo, Yoyaku Rooms (SAML)"
Running "RECEPTIONIST, Chosea-apo, Yoyaku Rooms (SAML)" from TrustLogin My Page or the browser extension will redirect you to the SAML login screen of the target service. Enter your company email address domain and click "Login" to complete the login.
② Using the Auxiliary App
You can skip the domain entry and login button click described in the login process in ①An auxiliary app is also available for this purpose. Register the "[SAML Aux] RECEPTIONIST", "[SAML Aux] Chosea-apo", and "[SAML Aux] Yoyaku Rooms" apps to use them.
Note: The auxiliary app is intended for use on PC browsers. On mobile devices, TrustLogin re-authentication or manual domain entry may be required.
Add the app by following the same steps as for regular app registration, either by the administrator or by the user themselves.
③ New User Account Registration
When a new user logs in via SAML authentication for the first time, the account registration screen will be displayed.
Enter the required information, review and agree to the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, then click "Start Using" to complete account registration and login.
④ How to Log In via the Mobile App
To log in via SAML authentication on the mobile app, follow the steps below.

- Enter your company email address domain and tap "Login" to complete the login.
⑤ How to Log In via the Chrome Extension
- Open the RECEPTIONIST Chrome extension, and the following screen will be displayed.
Click "SAML Authentication here".
- You will be redirected to the email address domain entry screen. Enter your company email address domain and log in.
