Initial Setup Steps for Identity Provisioning with NotePM

This page describes the initial setup steps for using TrustLogin as the source of identity
to perform Identity Provisioning to NotePM.

Setup Steps

NotePM Settings

  1. Log in to NotePM with administrator privileges and click "Profile icon > Personal Settings".

  2. Click "API Access Token".

  3. Click the "Create" button.

  4. Enter any name for "Token Name", check both "Read" and "Write" under "Scope", and click "Create".

  5. Copy the displayed API access token.
    Note: The token cannot be viewed again after you "Save". Please make sure you have copied it before proceeding.

    This completes the preparation on the NotePM side. Next, configure the settings on the TrustLogin side.

TrustLogin Settings

  1. Log in to the TrustLogin Admin Page, and from the "Admin Page > Settings > Optional Features" menu,
    open "Settings" next to "Identity Provisioning".

  2. Click "Add Service".

  3. On the Add Service screen, search for and select "NotePM", then click the "Add" button.

  4. You will be redirected to the "Identity Provisioning > NotePM" page.
    Click the "Edit" button.

  5. Open "Access Settings", enter the following values for the settings items, and click "Save".

    Connection URL The domain of the NotePM environment to connect to
    Note: Please specify the NotePM environment (domain) you are using. (e.g., test)
    Access Token The value of the "API Access Token" you copied in step 5 of NotePM Settings

  6. Click the "Connect" button in the upper right of the screen.

  7. Once the button status updates to "Connected", the initial setup is complete.
