Initial Setup Steps for Identity Provisioning with BlogIn

This page describes the initial setup steps for using TrustLogin as the source of identity
to perform Identity Provisioning to BlogIn.

Setup Steps

BlogIn Settings

  1.  Log in to BlogIn with administrator privileges and click "Settings".

  2. Click the "User Authentication" tab.

  3. Click "CONFIGURE SSO & USER PROVISIONING" within "Single Sign-On".

  4. Click the "User Provisioning (SCIM)" tab.

  5. Confirm that "User Provisioning Status" is set to "ON".

  6. Copy the "BASE (TENANT) URL" and "SECRET (BEARER) TOKEN" to your clipboard.

    This completes the preparation on the BlogIn side. Next, configure the settings on the TrustLogin side.
     

TrustLogin Settings

  1. Log in to the TrustLogin Admin Page, and from the "Admin Page > Settings > Optional Features" menu,
    open "Settings" next to "Identity Provisioning".

  2. Click "Add Service".

  3. On the Add Service screen, search for and select "BlogIn", then click the "Add" button.

  4. You will be redirected to the "Identity Provisioning > BlogIn" page.
    Click the "Edit" button.

  5. Open "Access Settings", enter the following values for the settings items, and click "Save".

    Connection URL BlogIn Settings The value of the "BASE (TENANT) URL" you copied in step 6
    Access Token BlogIn Settings The value of the "SECRET (BEARER) TOKEN" you copied in step 6

  6. Click the "Connect" button in the upper right of the screen.

  7. Once the button status updates to "Connected", the initial setup is complete.
