Initial Setup Steps for Identity Provisioning with Stytch

This page describes the initial setup steps for using TrustLogin as the source of identity
to perform Identity Provisioning to Stytch.

Setup Steps

Stytch Settings

  1. Log in to Stytch with administrator privileges and click "Workspace Name > Settings".

  2. Click "SCIM Settings".

  3. Click "Create".

  4. For "Select your IdP", select "Generic".

  5. Enter any name of your choice.

  6. Click "Create".

  7. Copy the "SCIM Base URL" and "HTTP Header Bearer Token" to your clipboard.

  8. Check "I have copied the above values to my IdP." and click "Done".

    Note: The token cannot be viewed again after clicking "Done". Be sure to copy it without missing it.

    This completes the preparation on the Stytch side. Next, configure the settings on the TrustLogin side.

TrustLogin Settings

  1. Log in to the TrustLogin Admin Page, and from the "Admin Page > Settings > Optional Features" menu,
    open "Settings" next to "Identity Provisioning".

  2. Click "Add Service".

  3. On the Add Service screen, search for and select "Stytch", then click the "Add" button.

  4. You will be redirected to the "Identity Provisioning > Stytch" page.
    Click the "Edit" button.

  5. Open "Access Settings", enter the following values for the settings items, and click "Save".

    Stytch Settings the value of "SCIM Base URL" copied in Step 7
    Access Token Stytch Settings the value of "HTTP Header Bearer Token" copied in Step 7

  6. Click the "Connect" button in the upper right of the screen.

  7. Once the button status updates to "Connected", the initial setup is complete.

    This completes the preparation on the Stytch side. Next, configure the settings on the TrustLogin side.

  2. Click "Add Service".

  3. On the Add Service screen, search for and select "Stytch", then click the "Add" button.

  4. You will be redirected to the "Identity Provisioning > Stytch" page.
    Click the "Edit" button.

  5. Open "Access Settings", enter the following values for the settings items, and click "Save".

  6. Click the "Connect" button in the upper right of the screen.
