Initial Setup Steps for Identity Provisioning with Rootly

This page describes the initial setup steps for using TrustLogin as the source of identity
to perform Identity Provisioning to Rootly.

Setup Steps

Rootly Settings

  1. Log in to Rootly with administrator privileges and click "Configuration".

  2. Click "Integrations" under "Core".

  3. Click "Configure" under "SSO/SCIM".

  4. Copy the displayed "SCIM Token".
    Note: This token is displayed only once. Be sure to copy it without missing it.

    This completes the preparation on the Rootly side. Next, configure the settings on the TrustLogin side.
     

TrustLogin Settings

  1. Log in to the TrustLogin Admin Page, and from the "Admin Page > Settings > Optional Features" menu,
    open "Settings" next to "Identity Provisioning".

  2. Click "Add Service".

  3. On the Add Service screen, search for and select "Rootly", then click the "Add" button.

  4. You will be redirected to the "Identity Provisioning > Rootly" page.
    Click the "Edit" button.

  5. Open "Access Settings", enter the following value for the settings item, and click "Save".

  6. Click the "Connect" button in the upper right of the screen.

  7. Once the button status updates to "Connected", the initial setup is complete.
