to perform Identity Provisioning to Hot Profile.

How to Configure SAML Authentication for Hot Profile

  • You can link the Identity Provisioning configuration created in this procedure to an existing SAML app.
    For details on SAML app configuration, see here.

Setup Steps

Hot Profile Settings

  1. Log in to Hot Profile with administrator privileges and click "Hot Profile" in the upper left.

  2. Copy the URL to your clipboard.

  3. Click the gear icon in the upper right of the screen, then click "User Management > User Management".

  4. Click "Administrator Users".

  5. Copy the displayed API key.
    Note: The API key cannot be viewed again after "Save". Please make sure you have copied it before proceeding.

    This completes the preparation on the Hot Profile side. Next, configure the settings on the TrustLogin side.
     

TrustLogin Settings

  1. Log in to the TrustLogin Admin Page, and from the "Admin Page > Settings > Optional Features" menu,
    open "Settings" next to "Identity Provisioning".

  2. Click "Add Service".

  3. On the Add Service screen, search for and select "HotProfile", then click the "Add" button.

  4. You will be redirected to the "Identity Provisioning > HotProfile" page.
    Click the "Edit" button.

  5. Open "Access Settings", enter the following values for the settings items, and click "Save".

    Connection URL Hot Profile Settings The URL you copied in step 2
    Access Token Hot Profile Settings The value of the "API Key" you copied in step 5

  6. Click the "Connect" button in the upper right of the screen.

  7. Once the button status updates to "Connected", the initial setup is complete.

Hot Profile Settings

  1. Log in to Hot Profile with administrator privileges and click "Hot Profile" in the upper left.

  1. Log in to the TrustLogin Admin Page, and from the "Admin Page > Settings > Optional Features" menu,
    open "Settings" next to "Identity Provisioning".

  2. Click "Add Service".

  3. On the Add Service screen, search for and select "HotProfile", then click the "Add" button.

  4. You will be redirected to the "Identity Provisioning > HotProfile" page.
    Click the "Edit" button.

  5. Open "Access Settings", enter the following values for the settings items, and click "Save".

  6. Click the "Connect" button in the upper right of the screen.
