to perform Identity Provisioning to Wrike.

How to Configure SAML Authentication for Wrike

  • You can link the Identity Provisioning configuration created in this procedure with an existing SAML app.

Setup Steps

Wrike Settings

  1. Log in to Wrike with administrator privileges.
  2. Click the profile icon in the upper right of the screen > "Apps & Integrations".

  3. Enter any SCIM-compatible application name in the search field,
    then select the displayed application.

  4. Open the "SCIM" tab and copy the URL displayed in the "Base URL" field.
    After copying, close the screen using "×".

  5. Click the "API" tab at the top of the screen.

  6. Click "Create New App".

  7. Enter any "App Name".

  8. Copy the "Client ID" and "Secret Key" under "OAuth".

  9. Set the following URL in the "Redirect URL" field:
    • https://portal.trustlogin.com/id_prov_callback

  10. Click "Save" to save the settings.

    This completes the preparation on the Wrike side. Next, configure the settings on the TrustLogin side.

TrustLogin Settings

  1. Log in to the TrustLogin Admin Page, and from the "Admin Page > Settings > Optional Features" menu,
    open "Settings" next to "Identity Provisioning".

  2. Click "Add Service".

  3. On the Add Service screen, search for and select "Wrike", then click the "Add" button.

  4. You will be redirected to the "Identity Provisioning > Wrike" page.
    Click the "Edit" button.

  5. Open "Access Settings", enter the following values for the settings items, and click "Save".

    Connection URL The value of the "Base URL" copied in step 4 of Wrike Settings
    Client ID The value of the "Client ID" copied in step 8 of Wrike Settings
    Client Secret The value of the "Secret Key" copied in step 8 of Wrike Settings

  6. Click the "Connect" button in the upper right of the screen.

  7. On the confirmation screen, click "Yes".

  8. On the Wrike confirmation screen, click "Accept".

  9. Once the button status updates to "Connected", the initial setup is complete.
