TrustLogin Admin Page Settings

Log in to TrustLogin, open the "Admin Page > App" menu, and click the "Register App" button in the upper right of the screen.
- Search in the "Register Company App" screen and select "desknet's NEO Mobile Version (SAML)".
- Note down the "Identity Provider URL" and "Issuer/Entity ID" under "Identity Provider Information", and download the certificate from "Get Certificate".
Now proceed to the desknet's NEO configuration. Please open desknet's NEO in a separate window.
desknet's NEO Settings
- Log in as the system administrator, and open the edit screen from "Not Used" under SAML Authentication Integration Settings (Mobile Version).

Change "SAML Authentication Integration" under "SAML Authentication Integration Settings (Mobile Version)" to "Used", and register the information you noted down in step 3 of "TrustLogin Admin Page Settings" above as follows.
Access URL to NEO Enter the access URL for the mobile browser version of desknet's NEO, up to "dneosp"
Example access URL: https://servername.domain.com/cgi-bin/dneosp/dneosp.cgiAccess URL The "Identity Provider URL" you noted down from TrustLogin SP Entity ID The "Issuer/Entity ID" you noted down from TrustLogin X.509 Certificate The certificate you downloaded from TrustLogin
- Click "Change" to complete the registration. Note down the "Access URL to NEO" shown on the SAML authentication settings screen you return to.
Now return to the TrustLogin Admin Page.

Enter the following information in "Service Provider Settings".
Login URL The "Access URL to NEO" you noted down in step 3 of "desknet's NEO Settings" above
Example: https://(server IP address or hostname)/cgi-bin/dneosp/zsaml.cgiEntity ID Up to the domain name portion of the access URL
Example: http://(server IP address or hostname)ACS URL for Service The "Access URL to NEO" you noted down in step 3 of "desknet's NEO Settings" above

- Click the "Register" button in the upper right to complete.
TrustLogin User Settings
① When a User Adds the App from My Page
Note: The SAML app must be configured by an administrator in advance.
- On "My Page", click the "Add App" button.
- On the "Register App" screen, select "desknet's NEO Mobile Version (SAML)" and click the "Next" button in the upper right of the screen.
- If you want to change the "Display Name", enter it and click the "Register" button.
- Click the app on "My Page" or in the "Extension", and check that login succeeds.
② When an Administrator Adds Members
- Search for the "desknet's NEO Mobile Version (SAML)" app in the "Admin Page > App" menu and click on it.
- Click "Add Member", select the user to add from the member list, and click the "Register" button to add them.
Native App Login Method
- Click the profile icon in the upper right of desknet's NEO and open "Mobile App Information".
Note: If "Display login QR code for SAML authentication" is shown below the QR code, click it to open the QR code for SAML authentication.
- Open the login screen of the desknet's NEO mobile app, and tap the QR code icon next to "Connection URL".
- Scan the QR code opened in step 1 with the camera.
- Once scanned with the camera, the "Connection URL" will be populated. Tap "Log in" to log in via SSO.
