[Scheduled Tasks] Set Leave Date and Deactivate Status

Overview

Updates the leave date for selected members on the specified date and time.
You can also deactivate the member's status to align with the leave date.

Prerequisites and Restrictions

  • TrustLogin member accounts created via AD integration or SCIM integration, as well as the administrator's own account, are not supported.
  • You can still create a task even if the target member's status is already deactivated, but no change will be applied when the task runs.

Procedure

  1. From the Admin Page, click the "Settings" button under "Settings > Scheduled Tasks."

  2. Click "Create Scheduled Task."

  3. Select "Leave."

  4. On the member selection screen, select the target member(s) and click "Next."

  5. If needed, check "Deactivate member status on leave date."

  6. Specify the date and time the task will run.

  7. Review the details, then click the "Create Task" button.

Checking After Execution

The created task is registered with a "Pending" status under the "Leave" tab.
