[Scheduled Tasks] Generating a Task From the Profile Screen

Overview

From a member's profile page, you can individually enter the join date, leave date, leave-of-absence date, and return-from-leave date.
If you set a future date and time for any of these fields, a Scheduled Task is automatically generated and executed at the specified date and time.

Prerequisites

  • A Scheduled Task is created automatically only when you enter a future date and time.
  • If you enter a past date and time, the entry is reflected on the profile, but no task is created (for record-keeping purposes only).

Steps

  1. From the Admin Page, go to Members > select the target member, and open the Profile tab.
