This page describes the initial setup steps for using TrustLogin as the source of identity
to perform Identity Provisioning to learningBOX.

Note: For detailed instructions on operating learningBOX, please refer to the documentation provided by learningBOX.

Setup Steps

learningBOX Settings

1. Log in to learningBOX with administrator privileges.
   

2. From the left menu of the learningBOX dashboard, click "System Settings".

   
   

3. Click "Site Customizer".

   
   

4. Click the "+" icon in the row of the subdomain you want to integrate.

   

5. Click "Basic Settings".

   

6. Click the "External System Integration" tab.

   

7. Click the "Use SCIM" tab.

   

8. Click the "Base URL / Token" tab.

   
   

9. Click the copy button next to the displayed "Base URL" to copy it.

   

10. Click the "Issue" button next to the "Token" field.

    

11. Click the "Issue" button in the pop-up that appears.

    
    

12. Click the "Copy" button on the right side of the issued token to copy it, then click "Close".
    Note: You cannot view the token again after it has been issued. Please make sure you have copied it before closing.

    

    
    
    This completes the preparation on the learningBOX side. Next, configure the settings on the TrustLogin side.
    

TrustLogin Settings

1. Log in to the TrustLogin Admin Page, and from the "Admin Page > Settings > Optional Features" menu,
   open "Settings" next to "Identity Provisioning".
   
   

2. Click "Add Service".
   
   
3. On the Add Service screen, search for and select "learningBOX", then click the "Add" button.
   
   
4. You will be redirected to the "Identity Provisioning > learningBOX" page.
   Click the "Edit" button.
   

5. Open "Access Settings", enter the following values for the settings items, and click "Save".

   Connection URL	learningBOX Settings The value of the Base URL you copied in step 9
   Access Token	learningBOX Settings The value of the token you copied in step 12

   
   

6. Click the "Connect" button in the upper right of the screen.
   
   

7. Once the button status updates to "Connected", the initial setup is complete.
