How to Configure SAML Authentication for X'sion

  • You must create an account in X'sion using the same email address as your TrustLogin account.

Notes
  • SSO login only applies to users whose email address has been registered by the Administrator.
    SSO login will not apply if a user registers their own email address.
  • If a user has already set their own email address before SSO is configured, SSO will not work. The Administrator must delete the user's email address and then add it again.
  • The supported browsers are as follows.
    Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge, Mozilla Firefox, Safari

How to Log In


TrustLogin Admin Page Settings

  1. Log in to TrustLogin, open the "Admin Page > App" menu, and click the "Register App" button at the top right of the screen.

  2. On the "Company App Registration" screen, search for and select "X'sion (SAML)".

  3. Download the metadata using the "Download Metadata" button under "Identity Provider Information".03.png

Now, proceed to the X'sion settings.
Do not click the "Register" button yet; open X'sion in a separate window.

X'sion Settings

  1. Log in with an administrator account and open "System Settings > Operation Management > Single Sign-On Settings".

  2. Click "Register with XML" and upload the metadata you downloaded from TrustLogin.

  3. Under "Recommended Security Settings", click "Change to OFF".

  4. Click the link in "You can download X'sion's SAML information from this link."

  5. Download the metadata from "Download SAML Metadata".

Return to the TrustLogin Admin Page.

  1. Upload the metadata you downloaded from X'sion under "Service Provider Settings".

  2. Save by clicking the "Register" button.

TrustLogin User Settings

① When a User Adds the App from My Page

Note: The SAML app must be configured by the Administrator in advance.

  1. Click the "Add App" button on "My Page".
  2. On the "App Registration" screen, select "X'sion (SAML)" and click the "Next" button at the top right of the screen.
  3. If you want to change the "Display Name", enter it and click the "Register" button.

② When an Administrator Adds Members

  1. In the "Admin Page > App" menu, search for the "X'sion (SAML)" app and click it.
  2. Click "Add Member", select the user to add from the member list, and click the "Register" button to add them.


How to Log In

How to Log In via the Smartphone App

The "Web Recorder X" app supports SSO login.

  1. Open the app, enter your "Company ID", and tap "Confirm".

  2. Tap the TrustLogin icon under "Other Sign-In Methods".

  3. Log in to TrustLogin, and SSO login will be complete.
