to perform Identity Provisioning to HRBrain.

How to Configure SAML Authentication for HRBrain

  • Note: The Identity Provisioning configuration created in this procedure can be linked to an existing SAML app.
    For details on the SAML app configuration, seehere.

Setup Steps

HRBrain Settings

  1. Log in to HRBrain with administrator privileges, and click "Developer Site" from the menu in the upper right of the screen.
  2. Click "Public API/Token Settings".

  3. Click "Create Token".
  4. Enter any name you like, check the "all" checkbox for the "Scope" item, and click "Create".

  5. Copy and save the displayed token.
    Note: You cannot view the token again after it has been saved. Please make sure you have copied it before proceeding.



    This completes the preliminary preparation on the HRBrain side. Next, configure the settings on the TrustLogin side.

TrustLogin Settings

  1. Log in to the TrustLogin Admin Page, and from the "Admin Page > Settings > Optional Features" menu,
    open "Settings" next to "Identity Provisioning".

  2. Click "Add Service".

  3. On the Add Service screen, search for and select "HRBrain", then click the "Add" button.

  4. You will be redirected to the "Identity Provisioning > HRBrain" page.
    Click the "Edit" button.

  5. Open "Access Settings", enter the following values for the settings items, and click "Save".

    Connection URL

    https://xxxxxxxx.oapi.hrbrain.jp.members/v1

    Note: Please replace the "x" portion of the above URL with your environment's subdomain before entering it.

    Client ID Your environment's subdomain
    Access Token HRBrain Settings The value of the token you copied in step 5

  6. Click the "Connect" button at the top right of the screen.

  7. Once the button status updates to "Connected", the initial setup is complete.
