This page describes the initial setup steps for using TrustLogin as the source of identity
to perform Identity Provisioning to kickflow.

Note: For detailed instructions on operating kickflow, please refer to the manual provided by kickflow.

Setup Steps

kickflow Settings

1. Log in to kickflow with administrator privileges, and click "Access Token Settings" from the user icon in the upper right.
   
   
2. On the "Access tokens" screen, click the "CREATE NEW" button.
   
   
3. In the dialog that appears, enter any name of your choice (e.g., testing) in the "Name" field, and click the "CREATE" button.
   
   
4. An access token will be created and displayed. Copy it.
   
   
5. Click the "CONFIRMED" button to close the dialog.
   
6. Next, click "Admin center" from the left menu.
   
   
7. Select "Users > Organization charts".
   
   
8. On the "Organization charts" screen, click "View all organization charts".
   
   
9. On the "Organization chart history" screen, click the name of the organization chart to use for the integration.
   
   
10. Check the URL displayed in the URL bar, and copy the organization chart's UUID (the alphanumeric string in the org=... portion).
    
    
    
    This completes the preparation on the kickflow side. Next, configure the settings on the TrustLogin side.
    

TrustLogin Settings

1. Log in to the TrustLogin Admin Page, and from the "Admin Page > Settings > Optional Features" menu,
   open "Settings" next to "Identity Provisioning".
   
   

2. Click "Add Service".
   
   
   
3. On the Add Service screen, search for and select "kickflow", then click the "Add" button.
   
   
4. You will be redirected to the "Identity Provisioning > kickflow" page.
   Click the "Edit" button.
   
   

5. Open "Access Settings", enter the following values for the settings items, and click "Save".

   Organization Chart UUID	kickflow Settings The value of the organization chart's UUID you copied in step 10
   Access Token	kickflow Settings The value of the access token you copied in step 4

   
   

6. Click the "Connect" button in the upper right of the screen.
   
   

7. Once the button status updates to "Connected", the initial setup is complete.
