TrustLogin Admin Page Settings

1. Log in to TrustLogin, open the "Admin Page > App" menu, and click the "Register App" button in the upper right of the screen.
   
   
   
2. Search in the "Register Company App" screen and select "Knowleful Chat (SAML)".
   
   
   
3. Under "Identity Provider Information", download the metadata using the "Download Metadata" button.
   
   
4. Click the "Register" button to save.
   
   
5. Send the downloaded TrustLogin metadata to CLINKS Co., Ltd. and request that they configure SAML settings.

6. Once CLINKS Co., Ltd. notifies you that the configuration is complete, assign members and try logging in via SAML.
   Note: Using the "Knowleful Chat (SAML)" app performs SSO for the "Knowleful Chat login". If you want to perform SSO login to the "Company Management Tool", please register the auxiliary app described below, or try logging in from the URL of the "Company Management Tool".
   
   Using the "Knowleful Chat (SAML)" app takes you to the Knowleful Chat login screen to log in. When logging in to the "Company Management Tool", please register the auxiliary app described below, or log in from the "Company Management Tool" login screen.

TrustLogin User Settings

① When a User Adds the App from My Page

Note: The SAML app must be configured by an administrator in advance.

1. On "My Page", click the "Add App" button.
2. On the "Register App" screen, select "Knowleful Chat (SAML)" and click the "Next" button in the upper right of the screen.
3. If you want to change the "Display Name", enter it and click the "Register" button.

② When an Administrator Adds Members

1. Search for the "Knowleful Chat (SAML)" app in the "Admin Page > App" menu and click on it.
2. Click "Add Member", select the user to add from the member list, and click the "Register" button to add them.
   
   

How to Log In

① Logging in with "Knowleful Chat (SAML)"

1. Running "Knowleful Chat (SAML)" from your TrustLogin My Page or the browser extension takes you to the Knowleful Chat login screen.
   Enter your email address and click the "Next" button.
   
   
   
2. Clicking the "Log in" button starts the SSO login.
   

② Using the Auxiliary App

We also provide an auxiliary app that lets you skip the step of entering your email address and clicking the button described in the login steps in ① above.

Please register and use the "[SAML Auxiliary] Knowleful Chat (Company Management Tool)" and "[SAML Auxiliary] Knowleful Chat" apps.

Note: The auxiliary apps are intended for use with a PC browser. On mobile devices, you may need to re-authenticate with TrustLogin or manually enter your email address.

Add the app yourself as an administrator or as a user, following the same steps as for standard app registration.

③ How to Log In from the Native App

Open the native app, enter your email address, and tap "Next".

Tap the "Log in" button to log in.
