to perform Identity Provisioning to Domo.

  • Note: The Identity Provisioning configuration created in this procedure can be linked to an existing SAML app.

Setup Steps

Domo Settings

  1. Log in to Domo, and go to "Admin > Authentication > API Client".

  2. Click "CREATE (Create)".

  3. On the API client creation screen, configure the following settings, and close the screen by clicking "CLOSE".

    Name Enter any name
    Description Enter any description
    Scope Select any scope (in this procedure, "Data" and "User" are selected)
    Client ID Copy this value
    Client Secret Copy this value (it cannot be displayed again. Please make sure you have copied it before proceeding)

    This completes the preliminary preparation on the Domo side. Next, configure the settings on the TrustLogin side.

TrustLogin Settings

  1. Log in to the TrustLogin Admin Page, and from the "Admin Page > Settings > Optional Features" menu,
    open "Settings" next to "Identity Provisioning".

  1. Click "Add Service".

  2. Search for "Domo", select it, and click the "Add" button.

  3. You will be redirected to the "Identity Provisioning > Domo" page.
    Click the "Edit" button.

  4. Open "Access Settings", enter the following values for each setting item, and click "Save".

    Client ID Domo Settings > The "Client ID" you copied in step 4
    Client Secret Domo Settings > The "Client Secret" you copied in step 4

  5. Click the "Connect" button.

  6. Once the button status updates to "Connected", the initial setup is complete.

Values You Can Configure in Attribute Mapping

The following values can be specified as Domo's default functions.

Value Description
Full Name This is the full name with the surname first.
Full Name (Given Name First) This is the full name with the given name first.
Username from Email Retrieves the part of the email address before the @ and limits it to a maximum of 21 characters.

    open "Settings" next to "Identity Provisioning".

  2. Search for "Domo", select it, and click the "Add" button.

  3. You will be redirected to the "Identity Provisioning > Domo" page.

  4. Open "Access Settings", enter the following values for each setting item, and click "Save".

  5. Click the "Connect" button.
