This page describes the initial setup steps for using TrustLogin as the source of identity
to perform Identity Provisioning to Akamai.

Setup Steps
Akamai Settings
- Log in to Akamai with administrator privileges, and click "Enterprise Center" from the left-side menu.
- Click "Application Access > Identity & Users > Directories".
- Click the "+ (add a new directory)" button in the upper right of the screen.

On the "Directory" screen, configure the following settings, and click the "Add New Directory" button.
Directory Name Enter any directory name Description Enter any description Service type Select "SCIM" from the dropdown SCIM Schema Select "Generic" from the dropdown
- Open the "Setting" tab of the directory you created, and make a note of the "SCIM base URL".
- Click the "Save and Deploy" button in the lower right of the screen.
- Click the "Create Provisioning Key" button.
- Enter any values for "Name" and "Description", and click the checkmark icon.
The "Provisioning Key" value will be displayed, so make a note of it.
Note: The provisioning key cannot be viewed again. Please make sure you have copied it completely.
- Click "Save" in the lower right of the screen.
This completes the preparation on the Akamai side. Next, configure the settings on the TrustLogin side.
TrustLogin Settings
Log in to the TrustLogin Admin Page, and from the "Admin Page > Settings > Optional Features" menu,
open "Settings" next to "Identity Provisioning".
- Click "Add Service".
- Search for "Akamai", select it, and click the "Add" button.
- You will be redirected to the "Identity Provisioning > Akamai" page.
Click the "Edit" button.

Open "Access Settings", enter the following values for each setting item, and click "Save".
Connection URL The value of "SCIM base URL" copied in step 5 of Akamai Settings Access Token The value of "Provisioning Key" copied in step 8 of Akamai Settings
- Click the "Connect" button.
Once the button status updates to "Connected", the initial setup is complete.

Values You Can Configure in Attribute Mapping
The values that can be specified as default functions for Akamai are as follows.
| Value | Description |
| Full Name | The full name with the last name first. |
| Full Name with First Name First | The full name with the first name first. |
| Username from Email Address | Takes the part of the email address before the @ and limits it to a maximum of 21 characters. |
