Collabo Flow Settings

  1. Check the identifier (Connection URL) to use when connecting from TrustLogin.
    Check and obtain one of the following values.
    • If using the instance name at the end of the Collabo Flow login URL

      Make a note of the part of the login URL that corresponds to {instance_name} below.https://cloud.collaboflow.com/{instance_name}/

    • If using the Collabo Flow API endpoint
      1. Log in to Collabo Flow and click the "Gear icon > System Administration Area" in the upper right of the screen.

      2. Click "Environment Settings" at the top of the screen.

      3. Make a note of the value of "REST API > API Endpoint" at the bottom of the screen.

  2. Issue an API key to use when connecting from TrustLogin.
    Note: If connecting using the password of a Collabo Flow user, this step is not required.
    Set any name in the "Client Name" field of "REST API > Register", and click "Issue API Key".

  3. The issued API key will appear in the "Client List". Make a note of it.

    This completes the preparation on the Collabo Flow side. Next, configure the settings on the TrustLogin side.

TrustLogin Settings

  1. Log in to the TrustLogin Admin Page, and from the "Admin Page > Settings > Optional Features" menu,
    open "Settings" next to "Identity Provisioning".

  2. Click "Add Service".

  3. Search for "Collabo Flow", select it, and click the "Add" button.

  4. You will be redirected to the "Identity Provisioning > Collabo Flow" page.
    Click the "Edit" button.

  5. Open "Access Settings", enter the following values for each settings item, and click "Save".

    Connection URL

    The value noted in step 1 of Collabo Flow Settings:

    • the "instance name"
      or
    • the "API endpoint"

    Username

    • Your Collabo Flow username

    API Key / Password

    • The "API key" noted in step 3 of Collabo Flow Settings
      or
    • The login password of your Collabo Flow user

  6. Click the "Connect" button.

  7. Once the button status updates to "Connected", the initial setup is complete.

Values You Can Configure in Attribute Mapping

The values that can be specified as default functions for Collabo Flow are as follows.

Value Description
Full Name The full name with the last name first.
Full Name with First Name First The full name with the first name first.
Username from Email Address Takes the part of the email address before the @ and limits it to a maximum of 21 characters.
