(For Members) How to Use Email One-Time Password (MOTP)

This page introduces how members can log in to TrustLogin using MOTP.

The administrator must assign the MOTP option in advance.

How Users Log In

After entering the Company ID and email address on the login screen and performing the login operation, the MOTP authentication screen is displayed.
An authentication code is sent to your email address, so check it.

Note: The email address is masked for protection.
Copy the one-time password included in the email you received, paste it into the authentication screen, and click the "Authenticate" button to go to My Page.

Q.) The error "The Email One-Time Password has expired." appears.

A.) This error occurs when the one-time password has expired.

　　Please ask your account administrator to reissue the Email One-Time Password.
