This page describes the initial setup steps for using TrustLogin as the source of identity
to perform Identity Provisioning to AKASHI.

Setup Steps
AKASHI Settings
- Log in to AKASHI with administrator privileges, and click "Settings".
- Click "Employees > Employee Settings".
- From the displayed list, click the "Change" button for the administrator user you are logged in as.
- Click "Feature Settings" to switch tabs.
- Change the "Public API Availability" dropdown to "Enable" and click "Confirm".
- Click "My Page" on the left side of the screen.
- Click " API Token".
- Click "Add API Token".
- Copy the displayed "API Token" value, and click "Confirm". (This will be used in the TrustLogin settings.)
Note: The token cannot be viewed again after clicking "Confirm". Please make sure you have copied it before proceeding.
- The token will be registered.
This completes the preparation on the AKASHI side. Next, configure the settings on the TrustLogin side.
TrustLogin Settings

Log in to the TrustLogin Admin Page, and from the "Admin Page > Settings > Optional Features" menu,
open "Settings" next to "Identity Provisioning". - Click "Add Service".
- Search for "AKASHI", select it, and click the "Add" button.
- You will be redirected to the "Identity Provisioning > AKASHI" page.
Click the "Edit" button.

Open "Access Settings", enter the following values for each settings item, and click "Save".
Connection URL The subdomain portion of the AKASHI post-login URL
(https://<subdomain>.ak4.jp/api/cooperation)Company ID Your AKASHI Company ID API Token Step 9 of AKASHI Settings — the value issued and copied there
Note: The values shown in the image are an example.
- Click the "Connect" button.

Once the button status updates to "Connected", the initial setup is complete.

Values You Can Configure in Attribute Mapping
The values that can be specified as default functions for AKASHI are as follows.
| Value | Description |
| Full Name | The full name with the last name first. |
| Full Name with First Name First | The full name with the first name first. |
| Username from Email Address | Takes the part of the email address before the @ and limits it to a maximum of 21 characters. |
| Phone Number | Standardizes the phone number to the xx-xxxx-xxxx or xxx-xxxx-xxxx format. |
