What Is Email Notification Settings?
In the Identity Provisioning feature, when a synchronization error occurs, an email notification is automatically sent to the administrator.
Because you can be notified of the error immediately, you can respond quickly.
Sample Notification Email
"[GMO TrustLogin] Identity Provisioning [Service Name] Error Notification"
Setup Steps
- From "Settings > Optional Features > Identity Provisioning," select the Identity Provisioning setting for which you want to configure error notifications.
- Click the "Edit button" next to the icon to open the edit screen.

Expand the "Error Notification Settings" menu and configure each item.
・Turn on email notifications:
When turned on, a notification email will be sent to the specified email address(es) if a synchronization error occurs.
When turned off, no email will be sent.
・Notification email:
Specify the recipient(s) for synchronization error notification emails.
If specifying multiple email addresses, separate them with commas.
・Notification interval:
The frequency at which synchronization error notifications are sent by email. The default is 24 hours. - Click the "Save" button.
