(For Members) Steps to Change a High-Risk Password

This page explains how to change your password when a "High-Risk Password" is displayed on My Page.

Note: A high-risk password means that the password set for an app in TrustLogin
matches a password that has been leaked in the past.

Note: If you have any questions about this procedure, please contact the administrator within your company ID.

Steps to Change the Password

Step 1. Check Which Apps Require a Password Change

  1. Log in to TrustLogin, and
    check the "Change Required: High-Risk Password (XX)" tag in the upper left of My Page.

    If a number is displayed inside the parentheses ( ), a password change is required.

  2. Clicking the "Change Required: High-Risk Password" tag displays the apps that require a password change.

Step 2. Change the Password on the App Side

For the apps displayed in Step 2, change the password on the app (service) side.
Note: For details on how to change the password, please check with the administrator within your company ID.

Step 3. Change the Password Registered in TrustLogin

  1. Log in to My Page and click the "Change Required: High-Risk Password" tag in the upper left.

  2. Hover over the app that requires a password change, and click the "Settings" icon that appears at the bottom.

    Note: If the "Settings" icon does not appear, please contact the administrator within your company ID.

  3. On the app edit screen, enter the password (the one you changed on the app side in Step 2),
    then click the "Save" button in the upper right.

  4. Once the password is saved, if the "Change Required: High-Risk Password" count is 0, the change is complete.

    Click the app to confirm that SSO works.

Note: If there are multiple "Change Required: High-Risk Password" tags, perform the steps on this page for each one.
