Initial Setup Steps: Connect TrustLogin and Zoom

  1. Log in to TrustLogin, and from the "Admin Page > Settings > Optional Features" menu,
    open "Settings" to the right of "Identity Provisioning".

  2. Click "Add Service".

  3. Search for "Zoom", select it, and click the "Add" button.

  4. You will be redirected to the "Identity Provisioning > Zoom" page.
    Click the "Connect" button in the upper right of the settings screen.

  5. You will be redirected to the Zoom page.
    Click the "Allow" button to grant access.

  6. You will be redirected to the TrustLogin page.
    Once the status of the button you clicked earlier updates to "Connected", the connection is complete.

Remarks

Steps to Remove Identity Provisioning

This describes how to remove authentication for a Zoom connection made with TrustLogin.
If you want to stop Identity Provisioning with TrustLogin, please perform "Remove Service" in the TrustLogin Admin Page
before completing the steps below.

  1. Sign in to the Zoom Marketplace
     Go to the Zoom App Marketplace (external site: https://marketplace.zoom.us), and
    click "Sign In" in the upper right.
     Log in using your Zoom administrator credentials.
  2. Go to the installed apps screen
     After logging in, click the "Manage" tab in the upper right.
     Click "Added apps" in the menu on the left.

  3. Find the app to remove authentication for
     Find the "TrustLogin" app for which you want to remove authentication.
  4. Uninstall the app:
     Click the app name to open its details page.
     Scroll down to the bottom of the screen and click the "Remove app" button.
     When the confirmation message appears, confirm the removal.

  5. This will uninstall the "TrustLogin" app from your Zoom account and remove authentication.
