This feature is for customers who have a contract with IT Cloud, Inc.'s ITboard.
It uses the SCIM protocol to synchronize ID information from TrustLogin → ITboard.
Setup Steps
TrustLogin-Side Configuration

Log in to TrustLogin, then from the "Admin Page > Settings > Optional Features" menu,
open "Settings" to the right of "External IdP Integration (SCIM)".
- Open "Add SCIM IDP".
- Set any name you like and click the "Register" button.
- Open the integration source you created.

Make a note of the values obtained from "SCIM Endpoint" and "Generate Credential".
(These will be used in the ITboard-side configuration)
Note: If you generate a credential, the existing credential will no longer be usable.
If this is not a problem, proceed by clicking "Yes" on the screen below.
Please make a note of the value shown.This completes the configuration on the TrustLogin side.
Next, configure the ITboard side.
ITboard-Side Configuration
- Log in to ITboard and open "Services".
- Click the "Add Service" button.
- Search for "GMO TrustLogin", select it, and click the "Register" button.
- A confirmation message will appear; click the "Register" button.
- The service details screen will be displayed.
Click "Change" at the top of the page, or the "Go to Integration Settings" button in the middle.

Enter the values (① and ② below) obtained from TrustLogin-Side Configuration > Step 5, then
click the "Settings" button.
① "Endpoint": The "SCIM Endpoint" obtained from TrustLogin
② "Token" : The value obtained from "Generate Credential" in TrustLogin
Integration will begin; please wait a while until it completes.
- Once the integration is complete, the ITboard service details screen will be displayed again.
If "Integration Settings" at the top of the screen shows "ON", the integration was completed successfully.
TrustLogin users will be retrieved and displayed in the "User List" at the bottom of the screen.
This completes the integration setup.
