TrustLogin Admin Page Settings

Log in to TrustLogin, open the "Admin Page > App" menu, and click the "Register App" button in the upper right of the screen.
- Search on the "Register Company App" screen and select "BuddyBoard (SAML)".
- Download the metadata using the "Download Metadata" button under "Identity Provider Information".
- Save by clicking the "Register" button.
- Send the domain of the email addresses to be set as the SSO target and the obtained metadata to your contact at Brother Industries, Ltd., and request that they configure the settings.
TrustLogin User Settings
① When a User Adds the App from My Page
- Click the "Add App" button on "My Page."
- On the "Register App" screen, select "BuddyBoard (SAML)" and click the "Next" button in the upper right of the screen.
- If you want to change the "Display Name," enter it and click the "Register" button.
② When an Administrator Adds Members
- Search for and click the "BuddyBoard (SAML)" app in the "Admin Page > App" menu.
- Click "Add Member," select the user to add from the member list, and click the "Register" button to add them.
Login Method
① When Logging In with "BuddyBoard (SAML)"
When you launch "BuddyBoard (SAML)" from TrustLogin's My Page or the browser extension, you will be redirected to the BuddyBoard login screen. Enter your email address and click "Log In."
② Using the Auxiliary App
We also provide an auxiliary app that lets you skip entering the email address and clicking the login button, as described in the login behavior in ①. Please register "[For SAML Auxiliary Use] BuddyBoard" as a company app to use it.
Note: The auxiliary app is only available on PC browsers. On Android - Default Browser (Chrome), you will need to click the login button manually.
Follow the same steps as a regular app registration: have the administrator or the user themselves add the app.
Native App Login Method
- Install the app and open the login screen. Tap "Login with SSO."
- Enter your email address and tap "Log In" to log in via SSO.
